However, there also seemed to be some problems with delayed shipments, order mix-ups, and more. These problems are the only reason that Leslie's didn't earn our highest rating. We'd like to see some effort made on their part to rectify and change the processes that are causing these issues going forward.

Leslie's has the making of an awesome pool supply company. Their policies are great, they have a wide selection, they provide extra services for people needing help with their pools, and they've been around a long time. We do wish they paid more attention to detail when dealing with orders and put more effort into customer satisfaction.
